Instantcart has been built to sell anything, from customisable computers to a select of stylish shirts in various sizes and colours. Use product tags to describe your products or create product options, bundles and more.

Accept payments using Paypal or Sagepay

Take payment with Paypal Standard, Paypal Express, Sagepay direct or Sagepay server. Take and refund payments directly from your Instantcart control panel without the need to constantly log into your payment terminal. If your chosen payment module is not supported, dont worry, we'll create a module for you!

Manage sales and customers

Instantcart make it easy to process sales and look after your customers. Take payment, dispatch parcels, notify customsers, add additional order items and more with just a few simple clicks. With integrated ticket support, customer queries will be linked directly to their customer profile and orders, a bit like a mini CRM.

Add and duplicate products

Any online store allows you to add products, but Instantcart takes it one step further by adding an array of catalog tools, such as product duplication, product tags, product attributes, bundles and options.

Simple marketing

Instantcart comes with the ability to feed your products to product comparison sites, including Google, Kelkoo and Pricegrabber. These feeds can also be used for a number of shopping sites that support CSV and XML formats. We dont boast an array of different marketing addons that will bog you down, instead we provide you with the basic essentials such as meta tag editing, search engine friendly urls, Google Analytics intergration and social networking integration.

Instantcart gives you full control to tweak your stores configuration to your heats content using a simple settings editor that lists each store parameter in a tabular format. Our approach to shipping is different to other providers, rather than connecting with a couriers pricing engine, we give you full control over every aspect of your shipping requirements. Set shipping tarrifs based on weight, country, product type and value as well as surcharges based on a zip or postcode. You can also offer free delivery based on particular products or a minimum cart value.

Customer relationship management

Instantcart features is very own CRM software, allowing you and your customers to stay in touch via the built in ticket system. Tickets are customer emails logged by Instantcart against orders and customer profiles. If a customer replies to an order email, Instantcart will log the enquiry directly to the order. Viewing the order will show the enquiry, making managing your store a breeze!

Reply, assign, or send a preset message

As well as replying to customer tickets, you can also send pre-set messages to customers with one click. From time to time, customers will ask the same thing, such as 'How do I return my order?' or 'How do I track my delivery?'. Setting up pre-set emails will help you spend less time dealing with enquiries and more time running your business.
